• Will it actually look like my pet?

  Yes. The AI preserves fur color, fur pattern, eye color, and facial character — your pet's identity carries through every style. You preview the exact result before paying. What you approve is fingerprinted and printed; no regeneration at order time, no drift between preview and canvas.

• Can I order prints or canvases?

  Both. After you approve a preview you can buy a digital download from $19, or order a printed canvas, framed canvas, metal print, or acrylic glass — Petite (8") through Large (24"), starting at $39.95 for canvas. Free shipping on orders over $75.

• What if I don't love the result?

  Paid customers get unlimited revisions on their portrait — keep refining the prompt and we'll regenerate until it's right. After delivery, every order is backed by a 100% happiness guarantee: redo it free or refund 100%, no return shipping, no restocking fee, no fuss.

• How long does delivery take?

  Digital downloads: instant. Printed orders: production takes 2–5 business days, shipping 3–8 business days. Total typical delivery is 5–13 business days. Petite Fast-Ship orders get prioritised production.

• Can I memorialize a pet who has passed?

  Many of our customers do. The Watercolor, Charcoal Sketch, and Royal styles read especially well as memorial pieces — quiet, painterly, no costume gimmicks. Upload any photo where the face is visible. The AI treats every photo with care.

• Do you really use AI? Is the quality real?

  Yes, we use Seedream 4.5, the same image-edit model fine-art studios use for editorial. We're proud to be transparent about it. Each portrait is generated from your photo end-to-end — no template face-swap, no costume overlay. The technology preserves fur and eye detail at fine-art print resolution (2× upscaled to 300 DPI).
