Production takes 2-5 business days, and shipping takes 3-8 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is typically 5-13 business days. Your canvas is printed at the facility nearest to you (we have print partners worldwide) to minimize transit time.

Currently, each portrait features one pet. For the best AI results, we process one pet per photo. Multi-pet portraits are on our roadmap for a future update. In the meantime, you can order separate portraits and create a gallery wall!
