• Pet photos you upload for portrait generation
• Email address for order confirmation and shipping updates
• Shipping address for order delivery
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never see or store your card details)
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, to improve our service

• Order fulfillment: Your photo is processed by our AI to generate your portrait, then sent to our print partner for production and shipping.
• Communication: We send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications to your email.
• Service improvement: We use anonymized usage data to improve our styles, user experience, and product offerings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your pet photos for marketing without your explicit consent.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
• fal.ai — AI image generation. Your pet photo is sent to fal.ai's servers to generate the portrait. Images are processed and not retained by fal.ai after generation.
• Gelato — Print fulfillment. Your portrait image and shipping address are shared with Gelato to print and ship your canvas.
• Cloudflare R2 — Secure image storage. Your uploaded and generated images are stored temporarily in Cloudflare's encrypted cloud storage.
• Vercel — Website hosting. Standard web server logs may be collected.

We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function:

• Session cookies — Required for the checkout flow and admin authentication. These expire when you close your browser or after 7 days.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls.

• Pet photos and generated portraits: Retained for up to 90 days after order completion to handle any support requests or reprints, then permanently deleted.
• Order records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years), including email, shipping address, and transaction details.
• Account data: We do not require account creation. Your data is associated with your order only.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Data portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (order-related emails cannot be opted out of for active orders).
