1. Service Description
In All Their Glory ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered pet portrait service. You upload a photograph of your pet, select an art style, and our AI technology generates a stylized portrait. You may then purchase a museum-grade canvas print of the generated artwork.
Our service uses artificial intelligence (specifically, image-to-image AI models) to transform your pet photos. We are transparent about this: AI is a core part of our process and we believe it produces beautiful, unique results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
When uploading photos or providing custom prompts, you agree to:
- Only upload photos you have the right to use (your own pets or photos you have permission to use)
- Not submit content that is explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic
- Not submit content depicting violence, gore, or torture
- Not submit content containing hate speech, extremist imagery, or symbols
- Keep all custom prompts family-friendly
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders that violate these guidelines. Our automated content filters may block certain submissions.
4. Intellectual Property
Your photos: You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the image through our AI system and fulfillment pipeline for the sole purpose of creating and delivering your order.
Generated artwork: The AI-generated portrait is licensed to you for personal use, including displaying in your home, gifting, and sharing on social media. You may not resell the generated artwork as prints, merchandise, or digital downloads.
Marketing use: We may use anonymized or de-identified examples of generated artwork (without your personal information) for marketing, website galleries, and social media. If you do not wish your artwork to be featured, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the AI portrait generation and print. Pricing varies by format and size, starting from $49 for a Petite Canvas (8" × 8") up to $189 for a Large Acrylic Glass (24" × 24"). Four formats are available: Canvas, Metal Print, Acrylic Glass, and Framed Canvas.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by our print partner Gelato, which operates a global network of print facilities. Your canvas is printed at the facility nearest to your shipping address to minimize transit time and environmental impact.
- Production time: 2-5 business days
- Shipping time: 3-8 business days (varies by location)
- Total delivery: Typically 5-13 business days
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Australia. Shipping is included in the price.
7. Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your canvas print, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Regenerate and reprint your portrait at no additional cost
To request a refund or reprint, email hello@inalltheirglory.com with your order number. We may ask for a photo of the received product for quality assurance purposes.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our portraits are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for the highest quality, AI generation is inherently variable. We cannot guarantee that every generation will be perfect on the first attempt. The preview you approve before checkout is the artwork that will be printed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the final print will match the digital preview shown during checkout, subject to normal variations in color between screens and printed media.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In All Their Glory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
